Wine and Winter Fun at Benjamin Bridge Vineyards, Nova Scotia
As part of a winter wine tour in Nova Scotia, Canada, we explored Benjamin Bridge Vineyards in Wolfville.
As one of the key wineries in the Annapolis Valley and Nova Scotia’s famous wine region, Benjamin Bridge is home to the famous Nova 7 wine, along with their popular non-alcoholic wines, including Nova Zero.
We took part in the Winter Vineyard Adventure Riverside Fire & Wine Tasting experience and had a wonderful conversation with Ryan, our terrific tour guide.
We learned the history of the area, the winery and what sets them apart as an upscale winery that’s approachable.
There are chairs and fire pits available for enjoying your wine outside and their retail store and tasting room is full of modern design cues to provide that welcoming, family-style feeling.
This winter initiative is part of their year-round strategy to be a destination winery for both locals and visitors to Nova Scotia.
In this video, we’ll go through the experience of the winer outdoor tasting, which includes a seasonal cocktail in an ice glass to making s’mores on the shores of the river.
